Kitchen appliances are always evolving, and the latest looks and newest features often premiere at the combined Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) and International Builders’ Show (IBS). With dozens of appliance manufacturers exhibiting their products in one place, the annual trade event is a great opportunity to spot both big-picture industrywide shifts and shorter-lived fashions. It also has a humidity-controlled zone that extends the life of leafy greens.
